With a couple of clicks, sales teams can now bridge the data divide between Gmail and Salesforce, connecting prospect and customer activities between the two systems.

The sophisticated matching logic underlying Connect for Gmail ensures the right connections between Gmail and Salesforce are made. When linking a contact from Gmail, we automatically search first for existing Salesforce records and auto-link if a match is detected. If the matching algorithm brings no results back, sales teams can now create the new Salesforce lead or contact and track all associated sales activities.

  • Quickly add or remove people from a cadence
