New feature mitigates deal risk by flagging customer and prospect job changes
Life for sellers is about to get easier. And today, we’re excited to share why.
If you’ve been in sales for a minute, you get that bad data cripples deals. So, this next stat won’t come as a surprise: LinkedIn says that 60% of CRM data is unreliable.
Working with less than half the right information? Productivity killed. (And morale too).
So, about that good news—LinkedIn has the antidote. With LinkedIn Sales Navigator Data Validation, when a prospect or customer changes jobs, sellers will actually know about it via an update pushed to Salesforce.
What does this have to do with Salesloft? We’re leveraging this new LinkedIn Sales Navigator feature to help sellers take the next step.
Salesloft users can now create automation rules to act on these data updates. And now sellers everywhere can more easily connect with their prospects and customers using the most up-to-date data.
“Customers leveraging LinkedIn’s Data Validation are now able to use real-time insights to influence critical workflows when their prospects and customers change jobs,” says Sydney Sloan, Salesloft CMO.
“Ultimately, this allows customers to spend less time on manual efforts, and more time delivering a better customer experience. What’s more, it provides an easier path to revenue through unmatched levels of transparency critical to improving sales professionals’ performance.”
Here’s how LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesloft automation will support sellers:
- When a contact is no longer at a company, LinkedIn Sales Navigator maps to a field in Salesforce and updates the record.
- Within 24 hours of the record update, LinkedIn Sales Navigator flags it for the sales rep or account executive.
- Then, using Salesloft, sales reps can trigger automated workflows based on those real-time insights from LinkedIn.
Whether a prospect on the decision-making committee has left or a champion has changed jobs, your sellers will be armed with the right information to quickly follow up and take action.
Salesloft is excited to demo the new feature during Dreamforce 2019 in San Francisco on November 19-22, 2019. You can schedule a meeting with a member of the Salesloft team here.
