Make Call Sentiment and Disposition Values Your Own

We’ve listened to your feedback. From today, sales teams now have the ability to create their own customized values to use when logging the sentiment and dispositions of calls made through the Salesloft dialer.

This new capability allows Sales Managers and Admins to delete the out-of-the-box values and create entirely new ones. Whether you’re using our powerful dialer directly in Salesloft or in other applications such as Salesforce, Gmail or any Chrome window, logging the outcome of a call is seamless and is never more than a few clicks away. All call sentiment and disposition data can be synced and reported on in Salesforce to uncover trends and areas of potential improvement.

With the addition of customized values, sales teams can now begin to log the outcomes of calls that meet their own specific needs including:

  • Aligning to existing values used for reporting and analytics
  • Logging an outcome that the deal should be passed to a partner or other business unit
  • Reconnecting with the account in 1-3 months, 4-6 months, 6-12 months or other custom time period
  • Assigning industry or vertical specific values
