SalesLoft + LinkedIn

October 10, 2017

At Salesloft, we have a big mission. We’re out to change the entire sales industry for the better and to change it for good. When you think about other companies with a similar mission, vision, and focus, there’s really only one company that has had the kind of impact we’re striving toward, and that’s LinkedIn.

Our own sales organization, and thousands of others just like us, rely on LinkedIn and the Sales Navigator Platform for prospecting, insights, and social selling. The ability to leverage insights and data from LinkedIn’s network of 500+ million enables sales and account managers to create and build the authentic relationships that are the cornerstone of sales success.

Just imagine what you could do with all the power of LinkedIn right inside of a sales engagement platform like Salesloft. The possibilities are endless. Well today, that dream becomes a reality.

We’re thrilled to announce our integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a member of the Sales Navigator Application Platform. Building on the recent launch of Smart Panels, you now gain seamless access to LinkedIn intelligence directly from the Salesloft company and person dashboards.

“Finding the right people in our target accounts, and then knowing precisely what to say when we reach them so we connect with them – that’s where the LinkedIn integration with Salesloft wins for us.”
— Kyle Norton, VP of Sales, League —

The new integration will allow Team and Enterprise Sales Navigator customers to harness the power of LinkedIn directly from the Salesloft platform. LinkedIn has grown to become the world’s largest professional network on the internet with over 500 million users across 22 countries.

The new integration is helping our customers:

Improve Visibility to Insights – Real-time insights on happenings for both your contact and the company they work for serve as triggers to engage with your prospects and customers. According to recent research, the vast majority (94%) of sales professionals agreed that social networks provide them with “valuable insights into trigger points like job changes, promotions, and news mentions which create an organic way to connect with customers and prospects”.

Strengthen Account-Based Strategies – The new integration proactively surfaces your current connections but also other recommended contacts within target accounts to build a broader network and deepen consensus-buying authority.

Illuminate Common Bonds – Common connections between you and your customer are highlighted in addition to icebreakers – commonalities that you share with your customers – to help know what to say when you do connect.

Improved Workflow Efficiency – TOPO estimates that 80% of sales professionals leverage a triple touch (including sales email, phone, and LinkedIn) in their sales cadences. The ability to access LinkedIn insights from within your sales engagement platform improves a user’s day-to-day workflow efficiency.

This is just the start of many exciting things to come. The announcement of LinkedIn as a strategic Salesloft partner brings over 35+ certified partnerships together in an open and extensible sales engagement ecosystem. With our open platform API, we’re focused on providing value to our customers through the creation of innovative solutions with partners like LinkedIn.
