All of our discussions will center around this topic. We’ll be discussing the same questions our all-star panelists hit on for our World Class Compensation Planning Digital Panel, which is scheduled for August 11.
Here are the prompts you’ll be discussing with your peers –

- What are the basics of a successful sales comp structure? How do you reward your teams?
- What are your biggest learnings around sales compensation from the last six months? If you had to set your future self up for success during an economic crisis, what would you tell them?
