Workflow management should be as flexible as the platform you use to execute it. Historically, if you ever wanted to change the order of cadence steps within the same day (or any day, really), you needed to delete all the steps and then create every. single. step. again.
As one user pointed out, “If you decide emailing a prospect would be better suited as your first touch instead of second…currently you’d have to delete steps to switch the order which is a HUGE pain.”

You asked, we listened. Our developers worked hard to create a better experience for you, and we are excited to announce you can now drag and drop steps to arrange them in the order of your choosing.
Drag and drop step management is now available for all users.
Yes, it is as easy as it sounds. Just drag and drop any step (that does not contain any people) to the day and order of your choosing. That’s it.
