SalesLoft Update | Feb 24, 2020

Welcome to the it’s-almost-REV2020 SalesLoft Product Update – it’s a pretty big deal. For anyone new to SalesLoft, we share this Product Update to streamline communications for you and provide more predictability around when to expect information on new and updated capabilities.

What is in the update?

At SalesLoft, we know you don’t stand still, which inspires us to keep moving day in and day out. We brought the SalesLoft mobile apptexting, and hot leads to market for you in 2019, alongside 140 other enhancements and additions. We’re not stopping there, friends. There’s a reason why we’re number one in sales engagement!

SalesLoft is excited to announce an update to the way users navigate within the platformstarting today.

Recent product innovations, like the introduction of Opportunity Management (keep reading to learn more), have evolved the SalesLoft solution portfolio and established three key product platform areas that are now accessible in the top navigation menu.

  • Cadence – SalesLoft core features including email, dialer, Live Call Studio, cadences, and more.
  • Conversations – Conversation Intelligence and playlists
  • Deals – NEW – Opportunity Management and comprehensive deal and pipeline views (formerly Costello)

Access to these areas is based on your SalesLoft plan. If you do not have access to a menu area you’re interested in, contact your SalesLoft representative.

Opportunity Management**: Drive more deals to close, decrease admin time, and improve data and forecast accuracy. Enable more effective pipeline meetings with comprehensive dashboard and deal views. Instantly sync to CRM.

Pause Dialer Recording: Deepen your respect for customers’ privacy by easily pausing and restarting recording.  Use this when collecting sensitive information or at the request of the contact, resuming recording when ready. NOTE: You may not see this immediately, but it will become available over the next few days.

Cadence Activity Dashboard: Dive deeper into cadence analytics with data visualizations that illustrate activity trends, email tracking, and the resulting customer response.

Custom Sentiments & Dispositions: Get an instant view of your top dispositions and sentiments in the Calls tab. With both custom and standard selections tracked, gain a clearer understanding of your team’s call results.

Hot Leads in Connect for Salesforce The same wonderful intent notifications, now available in your Salesforce workflow.

Push Notifications: Never miss an opportunity to connect. SalesLoft Mobile helps you stay connected to your customers with engagement-focused push notifications on your mobile device.

Account Based Engagement: The People at Account Panel provides sellers with critical account-based info on which leads have been touched, their level of engagement, and which you haven’t connected with. Armed with this holistic view, sellers can execute an account-based approach with one-off emails, calls, or by adding People into a cadence.

Global Email Opt Out Controls**: Admins can easily require global opt-out links for all outgoing emails.

Streamlined SSO Log-in** – For customers already signed in to their SSO, just enter your email and you’re in! 

Unique Zoom LinksWith improved controls over Zoom Meetings, you can now create unique meeting links for any back-to-back calls. Never worry about a customer joining a Zoom too early and accidentally overlapping with an ongoing call.
