Do you have a life philosophy or personal core values? What are they? Authenticity.  It is really important to me.  Trust and a willingness to be vulnerable go along with this.   I want to be around authentic people.  I want to work with them and have personal relationships with them. Life is too short to hang out with people that don’t bring authenticity to the table.  It’s a big deal to me.

What inspires you every day? My kids, of course. But also, we need more women doing bigger jobs in this country. Even when things are hard, I try to remember that this is why I am doing this. To prove that woman can be badass leaders in technology. And I hope this makes my kids proud of me.

What are 3 words you hope people use to describe you? Authentic, Energetic, Inspirational (once in a while)

What are 3 words you’d use to describe yourself? Authentic, Determined, Inclusive (If I have a party, everyone is invited. I refuse to exclude anyone)

What do you wish people knew about you? That I am insanely competitive. And I am not Type A…. I think I am an A- or B+

If you could have 15 minutes of fame for anything, what would you want to be famous for? Tough one… I would love to become famous with a group of women who do something amazing in technology against the odds.

What’s your “guilty pleasure”? Drinking an amazing glass of wine paired with a piece of dark chocolate while watching a killer NetFlix show with my husband. I don’t really feel that guilty about it though 🙂
