July Feature Release Training

In July we really kicked it up a notch with Connect for Salesforce adding in the ability to use Snippets and making Crystal Knows easier to access on a person’s profile in Salesforce. Live Call Studio got a cool new hand raising feature and we added a Calls Page so you can view all calls made in one place. Need a better way to notify the right person for low dialer credits? We got it! We made it easier for you to gain competitor information with our new Competitor Smart Panel. We then closed out the month with a huge Slack integration!
