Laura has 15 years of experience in scaling social/digital organizations as an early employee, with three successful exits – Sprinklr (IPO, 70th employee) ,Gigya (#6th employee, acquired by SAP), and 24/7 Real Media (acquired by WPP). In the 8 years that she’s been at Sprinklr, Laura has pioneered and grown multiple business units, including the Managed Services program and kickstarted emerging international regions (Japan, Brazil, Singapore, Australia). In addition, she has served as Head of the CRO’s office and currently runs Sales Enablement for all the 600+ sales force at Sprinklr. Laura has a BS. Eng, from University of Michigan. In her personal life, she is a professional chef, author, and mom of 4 (ages 5-10).

Seth brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales operations, service operations, and marketing organizations. He excels at leveraging data, process, and technology to drive growth in organizations of all sizes and in all industries.

Before joining Forrester, Seth spent the last five years as a consultant and senior vice president leading sales operations and marketing organizations for multiple private equity-backed companies ranging in size from $200 million to $1 billion, where he was responsible for customer acquisition, sales execution, and compensation.

Before going into private equity, Seth led sales operations for Carl Zeiss Meditec in the United States and held multiple executive sales and service roles at GE Healthcare, including leading sales operations for GE Life Sciences EMEA, building and running a global lean organization for the $3 billion life sciences division of GE Healthcare, and leading sales enablement for the US region (which represented $7 billion of GE Healthcare’s revenue).

Alexandra is currently the VP of Revenue at CloserIQ, an organizational strategy firm that helps high-growth companies scale their sales and engineering teams. She’s also the Executive Director of WISE, a division of CloserIQ, dedicated to developing the next generation of female sales leaders. Previously, Alexandra was the Director of Talent at Bowery Capital, a seed-stage venture capital fund where she worked with the firm’s entrepreneurs on their human capital strategies. She began her career at Betts Recruiting where she scaled sales teams at high-growth companies such as PagerDuty, Marketo, and Meraki.

Mark Roberge is the Managing Director at Stage 2 Capital, the first venture capital firm backed by 250+ GTM leaders. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Business School. Prior to these roles, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) where he scaled annualized revenue from $0 to $100 million and expanded his team from 1 to 450 employees. Mark was ranked #19 in Forbes’ Top 30 Social Sellers in the World. Mark received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Boston Globe, TechCrunch, Harvard Business Review, and other major publications for his entrepreneurial ventures. Mark is the author of the bestselling book, The Sales Acceleration Formula: Using Data, Technology and inbound Selling to go from $0 to $100 million.

Preeya Voss is an innovative commercial leader with 15 years of experience across SaaS and advisory services organizations. She has a deep passion for developing high-performing teams and is especially committed to supporting and celebrating women in the sales profession. Preeya is currently a Regional Vice President of Sales at BetterUp, an organization that combines world-class coaching with AI technology and behavioral science to deliver personalized behavior change at scale. In her role, she leads a team responsible for new customer acquisition across enterprise and midsize organizations, and she is currently leading the market expansion into Canada.

Lizzie Rouleau is a Bay Area native who’s had the opportunity to chase tech companies around the U.S.: San Francisco for Zillow, Scottsdale for Zenefits, and the Big Apple as the Sr. Director of Sales for TripActions. Sydney Sloan has extensive global experience marketing software applications that help people communicate and collaborate more effectively. Sydney is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Salesloft and has held senior leadership and advisory roles at Adobe, Marketo and Demandbase. She is driven by a passion for discovering how companies can deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with rapidly changing expectations in an ever-changing technology landscape. Utilizing a variety of digital touchpoints and account-based strategies, she has established proven techniques for increasing customer engagement and loyalty.

Ellie Fields is the Chief Product Officer at Salesloft. Previously at Tableau and Microsoft, Ellie has deep expertise in business intelligence and analytics. In her role at Salesloft, Ellie shapes, drives, and executes Salesloft’s product strategy amid the company’s exponential growth and rapid product expansion.

Aly Merritt is Head of Community at Salesloft, where she’s been everything from product management to CX to Chief of Staff. In her current role, she supports the customer community and builds relationships with industry influencers. Aly has spent the last decade focused on diversity, equity and inclusion in the Atlanta startup community. She organizes ATL Startup Village, and sporadically blogs about tech and startups at AlyintheATL.com.

Albert Rhee joined Salesloft in early 2019 as a Product Marketer and leads the product launch program while focused specifically on Analytics, Data Science, and Opportunity Management capabilities. He is a recovering electrical engineer that transitioned to product marketing at General Electric in 2015.

Frank Dale is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Salesloft. Prior to that he was the CEO and co-founder of Costello, which was acquired by Salesloft. He has served as either CEO or COO at several investor backed software companies including Compendium, which was acquired by Oracle.

Frank is a frequent speaker about entrepreneurship, team/individual performance, go-to-market strategy, and leadership at conferences around the country.

He is a graduate of Valparaiso University where he earned a BA and an MA with a concentration in ethics and received an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
