April Product Roundup

May 8, 2017

2017 is in full swing and it’s no different here at Salesloft. Our product release teams have been incredibly busy and we’re excited to share some of the highlights from April. From platform expansion into Gmail and Salesforce to enhancing the most robust sales dialer on the market, we here at Salesloft are incredibly proud to deliver world class value to our users at an unprecedented rate.

Salesloft expands to live everywhere you love

Gmail and Salesloft and Salesforce

When Salesloft introduced Salesloft Connect for Gmail in 2016, we knew that we were onto something monumental. You let us know that the power of the Salesloft platform running in Gmail allowed you – SDRs, Account Executives and Account Managers – the ability to gain critical sales insight directly in your main communication tool. This month we’ve added significant enhancements to Connect for Gmail including easier linking to existing Salesforce records and the ability to create new Salesforce leads and contacts directly from Gmail.

April also saw the launch of Connect for Salesforce, offering the ability to run cadences, access the dialer and send personalized email directly from Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning.

The dialer gets even stronger

April was a busy month for Salesloft’s voice engineering team. We continue to enhance our robust and feature-rich sales dialer and to further help our customers integrate VoIP sales dialing into their sales processes. Building on our launch of the innovative Live Call Studio, we’ve added state-of-the-art capabilities to our sales dialer including:

Dialer Usage Explodes

Whether it’s company’s eager to move to a scalable VoIP sales systems or better embracing the benefits of multi-threaded sales cadences, we’ve seen an explosion in the number of companies utilizing our dialer with upwards of 1,000,000 calls placed and tracked every single month.

We’re seeing significant interest in not only new companies adopting it, but also in the number of dials been made by team members.
