Click to call in Gmail, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Classic
With the SalesLoft Connect extension users can click to call any SalesLoft person in Gmail and any Lead or Contact in SFDC. All calls made through the dialer will log to the SalesLoft person profile as well as the SFDC linked Lead or Contact. This allows reps to log a call and track their activities no matter what platform they are working out of removing the need to manually update any records or switch tabs in the browser.
Access the dialer no matter where you are
Your dialer should live where you are and work for you. Now with the ability to access the dialer on any page in the Chrome browser, reps can make calls with a single click right when they need to. Either highlight a phone number and right click to pre-populate the dialer or just open the dialer on any page. It’s simple, efficient, and ultimately allows users to focus on the activities that matter most.
Search for any person in SalesLoft and log activities right to their profile
No longer do users have to make calls out of the SalesLoft platform in order to log them to the person record in SalesLoft and Lead/Contact record in SFDC. The SalesLoft Dialer lives everywhere and will track all your interactions. Regardless if you are on Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, or any other web page users have the ability to search for SalesLoft people and log calls with the click of a button.
