Our Office Hours program is a live, virtual resource we offer customers daily to provide hands-on assistance with questions on best practices and recommendations to increase platform adoption. Questions are managed on a first come, first served basis, and sessions are hosted by a rotating crew of our Customer Success Managers and our Consulting Services team! Don't have time to stay the full hour? No problem! Feel free to drop in and out.

- Salesloft AI Assistant: In-app chat bot that is designed to assist with questions you or your team need answered ASAP. The assistant pulls from our entire catalog of resources and is the quickest way to get accurate information. Access this feature by navigating through your profile menu in the Salesloft app and click 'Ask a Question'.
- Champions Hub + Discussions Forum: Our Champions Hub is our central hub for all Salesloft education & best practice resources. Here you can access our entire catalog, including webinars, eLearning courses, help articles, etc. Additionally, you will find our Discussions forum - this is our version of an online community. There are a wide variety of sections to connect with Lofters & other community members by asking questions, starting a discussion, or sharing your own experience. I highly encourage you to check this out. If you are looking to engage in Discussions, you will need to log into the Champions Hub - which can easily be done via SSO.
