Speaking of #GIRLBOSS, let’s talk about the woman herself: Sophia Amoruso. Her passion, drive, and all-around awe-inspiring business acumen makes her the picture of motivation for women in the workforce. But not just ladies can learn from this #GIRLBOSS — everyone in modern sales can take her advice when it comes to working hard, fighting for what you want, and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.

1. Fortune Favors Action
