Any employee who is expecting or plans to adopt a child, and has worked at Salesloft for at least one year, is eligible for our parent benefits.
Salesloft’s Parent Benefits
Salesloft is excited to provide our employees with a comprehensive range of new-parent benefits, which include:
- 16 weeks of paid maternity leave or 6 weeks of paternity and/or adoption leave
- Bi-weekly cleaning service for 12 weeks
- Meals twice a week for 12 weeks
- 12-month supply of diapers
- $10,000 toward IVF, egg freezing, and adoption support
We believe offering cleaning service, meal delivery, and a one-year diaper supply make the transition to adding a new family members easier. These benefits enable our new parents to fully engage in the best parts of bringing a new child into their home. Our goal is to help our Lofters savor this special time.
