Change management is a terms that is often used, but rarely executed in a way that’s effective. Change is hard, its multi faceted, and its emotional. The key is to lead your people through the change, versus focus solely on the process.
Join Sales Assembly and Ryan Brooks, VP of Sales at Ruby, as he guides us through these challenges. This session will help leaders better understand how focusing on the people while leading through change will help organizations to come out the other side stronger, better, and more nimble than ever!
Specifically, we will focus on:

- Best-practices to drive buy-in (or at least acceptance)
- The process of identifying and enlisting the help of champions
