About our Guests
Cara Gugushe is the Director of Mid-Market Sales at HubSpot. Her team is responsible for helping hundreds of companies grow better every year through the suite of software that HubSpot offers. Cara joined HubSpot in 2019 after spending nearly 8 years in Adtech at Criteo. There, she developed a passion for both developing existing talent as well as introducing Sales as a career. Cara strives to lead with empathy, positivity, transparency and a growth mindset.
Petra Ross-Raymond is the Director of Sales Development at Datadog. Her team introduces technology teams to Datadog solutions designed for collaboration & observability. After building teams at Hubspot and InVision, Petra joined Datadog to grow sales development in Boston and Denver. Her experience has given her the opportunity to develop results-driven teams that scale and has shaped her approach to leadership with authenticity and empathy.
