• Tia Joseph: Tia is Senior Director of Customer Experience Operations at Vena Solutions, a Financial Planning & Accounting (FP&A) SaaS company based out of Toronto, Canada. Tia is a passionate tech leader who is dedicated to her customers’ success, to innovation, and to results. Prior to joining Vena, Tia spent almost a decade at Salesforce as a passionate leader in many different areas of the company: Enterprise & Corporate Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Global Scale Strategy, Solution Engineering for Analytics & AI, and, most notably, as the Global President of Salesforce Women’s Network. Tia also was National Account Executive for several years selling sales training and sales certifications for the Canadian Professional Sales Association. Tia is a fierce champion for equality and remains focused on advancing the progress of women and under-represented minorities in tech, in sales, and in business at-large.
• Lisa Pellegrino: Lisa Pellegrino is a career operator focused on building data driven organizations at scale. As an executive leader and lifelong learner, Lisa is interested in inspiring and coaching others in achieving their career goals while finding balance and meaningful work, particularly in the areas of Client Success and Operations.
