How To Convince Your Reps To Attend Rainmaker ’18

As the sales leader in your organization, we know we don’t have to convince you to attend Rainmaker ’18, but that team of yours may need a little encouragement from you.

If you’re like most sales leaders out there, you probably wish you had team members who would write up a ‘boss letter’ and beg you for a chance to attend Rainmaker ‘18. Sadly, reps just don’t like to learn or have fun anymore – they are so focused on selling, there’s no time for them to think about going to conferences.

So those boss letter templates fail to convert like they used to, and teams miss out year after year on the best content that would actually help them be more productive and build stronger relationships with their customers.

Your team may be focused on closing out the quarter and haven’t thought about Rainmaker yet – or worse, they think Rainmaker is some festival of artistic expression in the middle of the desert somewhere.

I know you’re really busy booking appointments and closing deals, but I wanted to make sure you are aware of the amazing lineup Salesloft has planned for Rainmaker ’18. It’s shaping up to be their best conference yet – and I think it would be a great opportunity for us to learn and grow as a team.

The conference is March 5th – 7th in Atlanta and includes four different conference tracks, 40+ sessions and 100+ speakers – if we go as a group, we can all spread out and attend the sessions most relevant to the things we’re working on these days.The tracks will include sessions for the following:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Sales Operations & Systems
  • Sales Methodology & Mastery
  • And the Salesloft Platform, Now & Beyond

And if that’s not enough, there are some great entertainment and networking opportunities as well.
