Whether it’s daily, weekly, or in private 1:1’s, today’s modern sales leaders agree that coaching is critical for successful sales reps. They all agree that regular, ongoing training produces the best results for their organizations.

We loved spending time in the Windy City! Chicago’s most gifted sales professionals gathered at LearnCore’s HQ with the same mission: to uncover tactics and strategies leading organizations need to employ to increase the effectiveness of their sellers.
More great feedback on coaching! One suggestion, utilize an organization’s own salesforce to tap into the knowledge and experiences of seasoned sellers by starting a peer to peer mentor program. Building a culture of peers helping peers is a great way to empower future leaders within your organization. It was also suggested to bring in someone quarterly to do an all-hands training – equip your teams with as much knowledge as possible!
