I think everybody needs to start learning about what can be done today. And what’s going to be possible in the future because it’s going to change the whole dynamics of what we do. And it’s going to change who’s going to be successful selling. It’s going to change how we coach them. It’s going to change how we compensate them. So I think it’s going to have huge implications and we’ve got to start educating ourselves.
