I definitely want to be aware of everything that’s happening in all the customers that I support. I look at myself as somebody who understands the ripple effect. I understand if the wind was to blow a little bit this way, how it could create problems downstream for the organization. I look to advise my organization of, ‘hey, we really need to address this, this and this. And here’s why.’
