If you could have 15 minutes of fame for anything, what would you want to be famous for? I’m not interested in fame, especially the 15-minute variety. I do, however, care that my work has impact and legacy, and would love to be remembered by those whom I’ve worked with and have helped develop.
Do you have a life philosophy or personal core values? What are they? I believe strongly that anything truly worth having is hard to achieve. Nothing good comes easy. That’s true for relationships, professional growth and fulfillment, etc. If it’s something really special, it’ll take work to get it, and even more work to maintain and grow.
What inspires you every day? I am lucky enough to have “salad inspiration” – inspiration from many people or many things. I’m inspired by my parents’ resilience to come from very modest means and be self-made successes. I am inspired by my husband’s patience and confidence. I am inspired by my direct team’s passion and dedication to personal and growth. I could go on all day with this.
What are 3 words you hope people use to describe you? Strategic, Empathetic, Driven
What are 3 words you’d use to describe yourself? Dedicated, Thoughtful, Nurturing
What is your go-to strategy for managing stress? Hiking! + Netflix + Cooking … and a nap. Naps over all.
