Getting to the meeting – the place where you truly come together with your buyer – is a significant milestone for every seller. This is true for all areas of the sales cycle, from engaging with prospects to progressing deals to closing to securing renewals.
Buyers need a convenient way to set up time with you via easy-to-use calendar links. You want to schedule the meeting and demonstrate value ASAP. However, you also need to be able to manage your time and give the buyer convenient options.
Adding Meeting Intelligence into the mix strengthens what you’re able to do during and after each buyer connection. It provides a clear, transcribed session with recording notes you can share back with the buyer. Meeting Intelligence also enables both self and manager-led coaching.
But wait, there’s more! Recent enhancements to Meetings include the following:
- Better control over your calendar. Previously, you couldn’t automate a list of specific dates and times that best fit into your workday or travel. The new capability allows you to present only the times you’re available to meet.
- Simpler coordination of 2 or more schedules. You can now view your teammates’ calendars to select a time that works for all of you, reducing the back-and-forth when scheduling group meetings, hand-offs, or meetings that include sales engineers.
- More personalized process for scheduling. You can now take the customer’s preferences into consideration when emailing them meeting times. Additionally, you can reduce back-and-forth communication, making it easier for both parties to find an appropriate time slot.
SalesLoft proudly supports all of the above for our customers, no matter where you work, be it from within SalesLoft, Salesforce, Gmail, or all three.
More than 50k meetings scheduled through SalesLoft means more value delivered to the buyer and more closed opportunities.
We are grateful to have you here with us on this journey, and we hope you feel the #saleslove with this announcement. We are always excited to hear your feedback, so if you have any questions please check out the support documentation for Meetings, or contact email@example.com.
