How the Integration Works

The Zipwhip step within SalesLoft allows users to text back-and-forth with prospects from an existing phone number directly from SalesLoft. Together, Zipwhip and SalesLoft enable a better selling experience by synchronizing text with other communication channels. We also offer businesses the necessary oversight to ensure compliance and standards are followed.

Using your existing phone number, text messages (SMS and MMS) sent from Zipwhip steps are synced to SalesLoft contacts based on their mobile number. Inbound and outbound messages are grouped into conversations that show up in the contact’s SalesLoft activity feed.

Users can also add texting to their sales cadences.

Send outbound texts from within Salesloft to follow up on warm leads, send reminders and for more personalized onboarding.
