Set Coaching Goals
Salesloft’s coaching capability helps teams facilitate a more effective coaching process, allowing users to customize their goal tracking to compare rep performance. Reps will be able to self-identify areas for improvement, and managers can collaborate with their reps on highly personalized plans to accelerate sales.
